Nadia with Buster Bear at 9 Months!

Eating a pickle! She liked it and went back for more!

Nadia's size 2 shoes - now all outgrown :(

It's hard to believe Nadia is 9 months old now! She is pulling up on everything with ease and even letting go. She can stand without support for a few seconds before she topples over. She says 5 real words - "Hey" "Bye" "Up" "Ball" "Dadada". She loves to read books and will choose which one she wants and bring it to us. She enjoys the toys that let her stand up most right now - the ball spiral, the air table and now the push tricycle. She can push it and walk across the room with it! We measured her tonight for her passport application information - 27"! We'll find out her weight Thursday at her check-up. She is still waking up once a night to eat but goes back to sleep quickly thereafter. She sleeps about 10 hours a night and still takes two naps a day (most days...). She is eating lots of table food and really enjoys feeding herself. She is yet to have anything that she didn't like or refused to eat but her favorites are blueberries, strawberries and watermelon. She bravely crawls all over the house, pulls up on anything and often topples over - she's now had her first scrape and bump from these topples (luckily nothing serious). We have to keep the door upstairs closed so that she doesn't scale the stairs, all the cabinets have to stay locked so things stay in them, and we have to keep all shoes off the floor because she loves to eat them! She's filled with personality and is such a happy delight!
