And this is my prayer, "That your love may ABOUND more and more in knowledge and depth of insight, so that you may be able to discern what is best and may be pure and blameless, until the day of Christ, filled with the fruit of righteousness that comes through Jesus Christ, to the glory and praise of God." Playing Catch Up - Ballgames, School & Savannah
I know I'm a little behind in my blogging, so now's the catch up on the past couple of very busy weeks!
Nadia with one of her "big" girl friends, Kaitlyn, at the Greenjackets Game for Onederful Wednesday.
Playing with her buddy Jackson who is just 2 weeks younger than she is at Andy's ball game. We'd take a blanket and toys and between all the moms with preschoolers, it was like a playdate at every game. This season Andy's team made it far into the playoffs, so we spent every night for a week at the ball field. Nadia would clap every time the crowd did!

Nadia's first day of school! She has the same teachers this year and several of the same friends from her class last year, but they are in a new room, with "bigger-kid" toys since now they are so big! Now she is the first room down the hall from my office instead of two doors down. I checked on her several times during the day, and she was as happy as could be playing away!

Yesterday, on our day off, we went to Savannah for the day. We met up with Mitch and Erin at Monkey Joe's. It was wonderful to see them and catch up. Nadia had THE BEST time on all of the inflatables and slides. She climbed and crawled and slid and pulled up and climbed and crawled some more for an hour and half! When we left, she was exhausted!
Monkey Joes has a toddler area for children under two. Most of the time we had it all to ourselves so we were able to get in and play with her!

Nadia loved going down the big slides in our laps! As soon as we'd reach the bottom, she would climb over us, turn around and try to climb back up the slide so that she could go down again!

After Monkey Joes we went down to River Street, walked down the cobblestone streets, watched the making of some pb&j taffy and ate a delicious seafood dinner before coming home. It was a great day off!
Today I remembered that a small inflatable had been donated by another one of the ministers to the Preschool Ministry. The only problem is that it's only designed for one or two kids at a time, so I can't ever use it at our events. I decided to bring it home and borrow it for a while, so now Nadia can play in an inflatable right in our living room! She loved the balls too!

We have a walker!
Our walking girl! She has taken as many as 7 steps in a row before lunging for us. We're so proud of our big girl!
