8 Months - On the Move!

My attempts at taking her 8 month picture with Buster Bear - but she is SOOO busy now this is what we got... "Let me just lay him down over here..."
"I'll pull him in front of my face..."

"I'll move him to the other side and look behind me..."

"I'd like to do a little crawling now..."

Happy First Father's Day Daddy!

Our 8 month old baby girl is crawling! She is now a girl on the move! This week she has been to her first of many Vacation Bible Schools and delighted all who passed by her room to see her. She wore the spirit color of the day just like all the big kids. She has eaten broccoli, peaches, goldfish, cheezits, corn, dried fruit, yogurt melts, and ice cream for the first time. She loves them all - especially the peaches. She is very into self-feeding these days and wants to feed herself anytime she can. She went swimming in a big pool for the first time and loved it as we zoomed her around the pool. She is pulling up to her knees all the time and wants to be standing up every minute we will let her. She can pull up when she has a slightly elevated start but not yet from the floor by herself. She can sit on a little stool like a chair and play at her table. She is now taking baths in the big tub and stands by the tub while the water gets ready and helps to get her clothes off. At her doctors appointment Friday she weighed 19 lbs 4 oz. and her ears were all clear and her breathing perfect. She's now off all meds and all breathing treatments! She is always chattering away and squealing happy squeals. She is very very active and loves to play!
