Kackleberry Farm

This afternoon we decided to head to either a local festival or Kackleberry Farm for a fun family event. We asked Nad if she wanted to go to a "festival or farm" and she very quickly chose "Farm!" So off to Kackleberry Farm we went. She had a ball!

Yeah! Farm!

Making noise in the Sound Garden.

Jumping in the Hay Piles (complete with mattresses underneath)

Feeding the Goats

Playing in the Duck Races - there were 4 troughs with hand water pumps where you could race plastic ducks. She LOVED watching the ducks float down the troughs and playing in the water!

The Corn Box - similar to a sand box but filled with corn.

It's raining corn!

Buried in the corn - when she got out (and even when we got home) corn spilled out of her overalls!

Such fun - jumping, plopping, rolling, laying in the corn box!

The little playhouse - she was cooking and bringing us things to eat through the window.

Riding her first see-saw

The Giant Jumping Pillow

Miniature ponies

In the pumpkin patch, hunting for the perfect pumpkin

This one is "too little!"

"Nadia pick it up," she declared. (Dispite great efforts, she was unsuccessful in her attempt.)

"Ta-Da! This one!"

Yeah - our pumpkin! We had a great afternoon and evening and had to pull Nadia away to the car luring her with funnel cake as we walked. She said, "more farm," the rest of the night.
