Mom and Dad came to visit. We went to a Chinese restaurant for supper and we all had GREAT fortunes in our cookies - from "all your plans will come to completion" (Andy) to "your fiancial future is secure" (great in light of mom and dad's impending house sale and purchase!) to "get in touch with your feminine side" (me) We just kept laughing as they got better and better.
Mom made us a diaper cake with receiving blankets between each layer. She turned socks into roses and added hair bows and ribbons for decoration. It is too cute!
Monday we went to Atlanta to see Gran and celebrate her 92nd birthday! We took her out to lunch and then had cake cookies, candles and gifts. It was a good day for her. She is looking forward to all of the extended family being together at Thanksgiving and wanted to be sure we'd be there with Nadia. 
Andy's been working on a bear for Nadia for months. It's latch hook so it's taken a LONG time. He's finally at the assembly stage and here's the head. He's working diligently since he only has 5 weeks to finish!
